Scope
of Work
Clarks Nursery and Landscape shall furnish the necessary labor,
material and equipment to maintain the landscape in an attractive
condition throughout, as specified herein.

Basic Program
Lawn
Care
Mowing and Edging: Lawns shall be mowed weekly during the growing
season and as needed during the remaining season. Edging shall
be trimmed twice monthly to maintain a neat appearance. Blowing
of cut grass off walks and drives shall be done weekly.
Leaf
Removal
Blow and remove leaves from lawn and shrub bed areas as needed.
Clean drives and walks of all plant debris.
Shrub,
Tree & Landscape Program
Shrub
Care & Groundcovers
Pruning shall be done as necessary to enhance the natural shape
of the plant. Shrub beds shall be kept reasonably free of weeds
using approved herbicides to control weed growth when possible.
Trees
Care
Pruning:
will be done on trees not exceeding 12 ft. in height. Trees over
12 ft. will only be trimmed to remove low hanging branches that
present a hazard to pedestrian or vehicular traffic.
Additional Services Available
Additional
services available from Clarks Nurseries but not included in either
of the two landscape management programs include the following:

Irrigation System
Normal *Spring start-ups will be $55.00
Normal
*Fall shut-downs will be $40.00
Costs
of labor and material to perform a repair is an extra and shall
be paid for by Owner upon authorization.

Mulching is available using any of 4 different bark/wood
products. Quotes available on request
Annual
Color is available for spring and fall plantings. Quotes available
on request.

Horticultural Services
An exciting new service from Clark's to help you with all your
landscape management needs around the house and office. The program
includes a two person crew for 4 hours (half day), three times
a year, to do pruning, weeding, mulching, transplanting, dividing,
removal of old plants, or what ever you need done. The introductory
price for this new service is only $795.00 per year. ($295 per
visit less than 3 visits)
