during the first year at your home. If we installed the plant,
we will also install the replacement plant as well. We will replace
the plant as timely as possible with a like or suitable substitute
of equal value, dependent on availability.

and experienced in all areas of landscaping.
· We promise to start your job in the same order
we received your approval and contract depending on the availability's
of equipment and the "best" foreman for your job type.

timely and efficient manner without long intervals.
· We promise to keep your yard as safe, clean, and
orderly as possible during the installation period.
· We promise to keep our trucks and equipment as
clean and as unobtrusive as possible while parked in your neighborhood.
· We promise to respect your neighbor's property
and privacy.
· We promise that our crew will be respectful of
your home and household, courteous, and in clean uniforms. They
will play radios only with your permission.
· We promise to provide you with detailed care and
watering instructions and answer all your care questions.
· We promise to provide phone and on-site support
if needed for all plant related problems or diagnosis.
· We will provide you a Clarks Newsletter subscription
with helpful tips and seasonal reminders through the year.
· We will provide you with a membership in Clarks
Garden Club with a 10% discount on select Garden Center merchandise
and supplies.
